If you have a Microsoft account on a Windows Phone, you can delete it by going to the account settings and clicking on the “Delete my account” button.
Click the Start button, and then click Settings. Click Accounts, scroll down to Microsoft account you would like to delete. Then click Remove, and then click Yes.

Setting up a new Microsoft account overwrites the previous parent account.
On your Android device, open Your Phone Companion.In the upper right-hand corner, click the Settings gear.Tap Accounts and unlink your Microsoft account from your mobile device by signing out
To find the Sync settings, click on Start icon, then select Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings. To stop syncing your settings and remove them from the cloud, turn off synced settings on all devices connected to your Microsoft account. Once this is done you’ll need to remove it from your account.
