If you have a Google account on a tablet, there are a few ways to delete it.
- Type “delete google account” into the address bar and hit enter.
- If you’re using an Android device, open the Google Play Store and search for “Google account deletion.”
- If you’re using an iOS device, open the App Store and search for “Google account deletion.”
Tap the person who is no longer using your account. Go to Settings > Accounts. Select Google from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Choose which account you’d like to delete. Then, go to options and choose Remove Account. When the confirmation window appears, tap Remove Account.
Open Google’s Gmail account on the site. nClick the grid logo in the upper right corner and pick “Account.” Select “Account preferences” from the drop-down menu. Click “Delete your account or services” under “Account preferences.” Choose “Delete products,” then type your password.
Open your device’s Settings app Google and go to Data & privacy. Manage your Google Account. Select Data & privacy at the top of the screen. Delete a Google service by tapping Delete a Google service under “Download or delete your data.” Next to the product you wish to remove, tap Delete . Follow the on-screen instructions Step 2 through
When you perform a factory data reset on an Android phone, the software erases all of your information. You can’t recover your Google Account data, but all applications and their data will be deleted.
You can remove your account, but we’re unable to do so. Only the genuine owner of a personal Google account may delete it (i.e., the person who signed in). The domain administrator of a company Google account (G Suite) has the authority to erase it.
