If you’re like most people, you probably use your iPhone for a lot of things, including checking email, browsing the web, and keeping track of your schedule. But if you don’t use an account that’s been specifically created for that purpose, your iPhone can start to feel a little cramped. Fortunately, deleting an account from your iPhone is easy. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on Accounts.
  2. Tap on the name of the account you want to delete and then tap on Delete Account.
  3. If you have any pending messages or notifications from this account, they’ll be deleted along with the account itself. ..

In the Settings app, open Mail. Select Accounts from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Select a mail account you wish to delete. Select Delete Account from the drop-down menu. To confirm, select Delete Account or, in some cases, tap Delete from My iPhone.

That’s because the highest number is determined by the hardware, rather than anyone user. A single gadget can only have three iCloud accounts throughout its existence. This information may not be changed or deleted in any way.

If your iPhone was set up with a corporate email account, there may be a profile on it. To remove the profile, go to Settings > General > Profile and select Remove Profile.

Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts (or Settings > Mail for older iOS) and change your email account. nInstead of TURNING THE MALLET ON, TURN IT OFF.

While the emails are highlighted/selected, keep the Shift key pressed and hit the Delete key to remove them.
