If you want to delete a device from Google Play, follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play app on your device.
- Tap the Menu button (three lines in a row on the bottom left).
- Tap Device management.
- Under “Your devices,” tap the device you want to delete.
- Tap Delete this device from Google Play. ..
You may only delete connected devices from your Google account by logging into the Google account on an Android or Apple device, selecting the device from the Connected device list, and then clicking Remove Access.
The device activity page displays all of your account’s access devices in the previous 28 days. Locate and click on the aforementioned gadget to expand it, then click the red Remove button to remove it.
Go to the Play Store’s web interface and click the settings button in the top right corner. Select My Orders & Settings (or this direct link) from the drop-down menu. Then, select the Settings tab and look for your devices. Simply change the name by clicking Edit then typing in the name you want to use and hitting Update .
Tap Accounts in the Settings menu. Select Google, then select the Gmail account you wish to get rid of. Select Remove Account from the overflow menu, which may be three dots or three lines. Confirm the elimination of your account.
A device name specified in Device Manager that Windows cannot identify or doesn’t have the required drivers to recognize is known as an unknown device.
