If you’re a digital consumer, you know that your Origin account can be used to purchase games, watch movies, and other content. But if you’re not sure how to deactivate your Origin account, here’s how:
- Log into your Origin account and click on the “Account Settings” button.
- Scroll down and click on the “Deactivate my account” button.
- Enter your email address and password in the “Deactivation Information” field and click on the “Activate my account” button.
- Your Origin account will be deactivated and all of your content will be deleted from your computer.
Log in to your account on the EA website. Click “Connections” from the menu on the left, and then click “Unlink Connected Accounts.”
Delete it via origin by right-clicking on the game and selecting Uninstall. Or, shut down origin and delete it manually through that application settings tab from the left corner of Origin’s interface. Afterward, choose to configure your install location for the game (located in the “Application Settings” tab) at its designated spot inside of your computer for install locations.
This will delete all the cases you’ve made, we won’t be able to contact you about them. You’ll lose access to anything from your account that’s associated with these – entitlements, games and in-game purchases.
EA Play for PC memberships are not refundable. There is one exception to this rule: insert applicability.
From the Origin client, you can view which accounts are connected with your EA Account.
