Windows 10 is a great operating system and it has a lot of features. However, sometimes you may want to change the default picture. This can be done by going to the Control Panel and clicking on the System Preferences. Then, under Picture and Sound, you will see a list of options. You can choose to have a different picture displayed when you start Windows 10 or you can choose to use the default picture. If you choose to use the default picture, then your computer will start up with that picture as your screen resolution. If you want to change the picture, then you will need to find out what image is used for Windows 10 and then change it.

Open the Settings app. Go to Accounts -> Your Account and select the Browse option under your current user avatar. In the Open window that appears on the screen, type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures in the address bar.

Open the Group Policy editor and go to “Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel -> User Accounts.” double-click on the “Apply the default account picture to all users” policy in the right panel.

Then, under Default Programs in the Control Panel, select Open. Select Associate a file type or protocol with a program from the drop-down menu. Select jpg as the extension and then choose Change Program from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the page.
