If you’re like most CBS All Access subscribers, you probably don’t want to cancel your account. But if you need to, here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Under “Your Account Status,” click on “Cancel My Subscription.”
  4. Follow the instructions on the cancellation page to finish canceling your subscription. ..

Refunds are issued within three to five business days after we receive your cancellation notice. No refunds are issued for partial months of service or unused portions of free trials. Please allow up to eight weeks from the time you cancel for the funds to appear in your account; this timing may vary depending upon your bank and financial institution. If you used a payment method other than a credit card, your refunds will be credited back to that same payment method. Please note that it may take one or two billing cycles for the credits to appear on your statement.

Please include the name on the account and the e-mail address associated with it in order to confirm that you are the account holder. If you cancel by mail please allow five business days for delivery of your confirmation email. No refunds are issued for partial months of service or unused portions of free trials.

To change your credit card information online please go directly to cbs.com/profileupdate and follow the instructions provided there. We will never charge you without your permission as long as you use a valid, authorized payment method in connection with your CBS All Access account. Please note that by providing new credit card information, any pending charges for which the old payment method was authorized will be cancelled and may result in an overdraft or debt with your bank or financial institution. This may cause unwanted fees from your bank related to declined transactions, returned items, etc

If you are a registered user of cbs.com, cancel your subscription by logging in and clicking the ‘Account’ link on the right side, scrolling down to ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom.

On your Android Phone or Tablet, open the Google Play Store.Tap Menu > Subclicks.Locate your CBS All Access Subscription and tap Manage.

We will refund you if you are terminated for a breach, but the decision is at our sole discretion.
