If you’re an Amazon customer, there’s a good chance you’ve seen the “cancel orders” button in the top right corner of your screen. This button allows you to cancel any orders that have already been placed. To use this button, first open Amazon’s order history and look for the order that you want to cancel. Make it clear that you need the goods or a service to begin or finish by a certain date. If the merchant does not deliver on time. You’ll be entitled to a refund of your deposit or the cancellation of any credit agreements.

If the order is already on its way, a customer service representative will create an order cancellation request. Accept the delivery if it arrives at your store. After 7 days, our delivery person will seize it and return it to us automatically.

Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu to view your order. Then, click “Cancel” or fill out the cancellation form with your name, email address, phone number, confirmation number, order number, and a reason for the cancellation.

There is a federal statute (and similar laws in each state) that allows customers to cancel door-to-door sales contracts within three days of signing. The “cooling off” period lasts for three days.
