If you’re anything like me, you probably shop online at JCPenney all the time. But if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that sometimes things go wrong. In this article, I’ll show you how to cancel an online order if something goes wrong. First, make sure you have the order number and the item(s) you’re trying to cancel. If not, head over to the order confirmation email and find them there. Once you have those two pieces of information, follow these steps:
- Go to the “My Account” page on jcpenney.com and click on “Order History.”
- On the Order History page, click on the order number that corresponds with your items.
- On the Order Details page for that order number, under “Cancellation Policy,” click on “Cancel Order.”
- On the next page, enter your reason for cancelling and click on “Submit Cancellation.” That’s it! Your cancellation will now be processed and your items will be refunded to your original payment method (if applicable).
