If you’re a Spotify user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the company’s “cancellation policy.” If not, it’s time to learn about it. Spotify offers a few ways to cancel your account: by phone, in person at one of their stores, or online. Here are the steps:
- Call Spotify and ask for a cancellation code. This is usually located on the bottom of your screen when you first sign up for Spotify.
- Enter the cancellation code into your account settings and click on “cancel.”
- Your account will be cancelled and all of your music will be deleted. You’ll need to create a new account if you want to keep any of your music or videos.
