If you’re a PayPal user, it’s important to keep track of your history so you can easily manage your payments. Here are some tips on how to do this:
- Log in to PayPal and create a new account. This will create a new PayPal account with your current name and email address.
- In the “Accounts” section of the main PayPal website, click on the “History” tab. This will show all of your past PayPal transactions.
- To view a specific transaction, select it from the list and click on the “View Details” button. This will show you all of the information about that particular payment including date, amount, and payment type (e.g., credit card).
- To delete a payment from your history, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. This will remove that particular payment from your history permanently!
PayPal Transactions
There’s a history of any transaction you’ve ever made or accepted with PayPal, and there’s little you can do to conceal it. PayPal used to provide the option to archive transactions on a case-by-case basis; however, this feature was discontinued in 2014.
A maximum of two years can be specified for queries.
Only the person who is logged in to the PayPal account has access to your activity, aside from PayPal customer service. It’s critical to keep your password safe so that only you have access to it.
By deactivating your PayPal.Me link, you can conceal your information. You may turn it off in your PayPal account settings at any time. Your page will no longer be publicly visible or discoverable when turned off, thus you won’t be able to receive money through it.
Select the activity under the “Activity” menu. Click on “Statements” on the right side of the page, then select “Custom.” Select a transaction type, a date range, and a file format. Create a report by clicking “Create Report.” When the report is finished, click “Download” to receive it.
